*20  OBSERVED NO SANITIZER SOLUTION AVAILABLE DURING FOOD PREP/SERVICE. PROVIDE FOR A PROPERLY MIXED SANITIZER SOLUTION TO BE AVAILABLE DURING ALL FOOD PREPARATION/SERVICE HOURS [750.820]. ALSO, I FOUND THE CHLORINE SOLUTION THAT WAS MADE TO BE TOO STRONG (200 PPM). FOR A CHLORINE BASED SANITIZER SOLUTION, THE SOLUTION SHALL CONTAIN 50 PPM OF AVAILABLE CHLORINE [750.820]. IMMEDIATE/ONSITE
*35  OBSERVED THE SCREEN DOOR INSTALLED AT THE REAR EXIT TO BE IN POOR REPAIR--THE SCREEN ON THE BOTTOM IS NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO THE FRAME. PROVIDE FOR ALL OPENINGS THAT LEAD TO THE OUTSIDE TO BE SELF-CLOSING AND TIGHT FITTING [750.1170]. 48 HOURS
OBSERVED STUDENT COOK AT GRILL TOUCH THE BEEF PATTY AND BUN WITH BARE HANDS WHEN ASSEMBLING A BURGER.
